Who we are

Picaflor Studios is operated by Picaflor Films LLC. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the Picaflor Studios website. Questions may be sent to contact@picaflorstudios.com.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, company or brand, phone number, website or social profile, preferred timeframe, and project description. We also collect limited technical and attribution information needed to operate and secure the form, such as the page URL, referring page, campaign parameters, IP-related security information, submission time, and a unique submission identifier.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, communicate about a possible project, maintain our client relationship records, protect the form from abuse, and operate and improve the website. Inquiry consent is not consent to receive marketing email.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us host and secure the website, verify form submissions, deliver embedded media, and manage client inquiries. The site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and Vimeo for embedded video. These providers may process limited technical information under their own privacy terms.

Retention and disclosure

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

Children and changes

This business inquiry site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as our website or practices change and will post the revised effective date here.
